Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value. Please use protective packaging; original packaging is recommended but is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@innove.dk. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Notify us clearly within 14 days of receiving the goods, then send them back within 14 days after your notification. Exercising the statutory right of withdrawal does not require our approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The statutory right of withdrawal does not generally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not apply simply because a standard SH7012 is produced in a small batch or finished by hand. Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights as full-price items. Your rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The inspection, notification and return periods described above apply. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds
For a statutory withdrawal of the entire order, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, if charged, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee. Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained to you. Bank processing times may vary.
